    Attendance of students on all working days is mandatory.
    Absence due to inevitable circumstances will be condoned only on receipt of a written leave application by Parents.
    The leave requirement form in the student diary should be filled before availing planned leave.
    Leave on medical grounds must be supported by a medical certificate.
    It is compulsory for all students to maintain at least 85% attendance during the course of the academic session, to enable them to appear for the final examination.
    The percentage will be however relaxed on medical grounds only upto 75%.
    Absence during the assessments must be strictly avoided.
  • GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS
    Students should converse only in English inside the school campus and school vehicles.
    Students must come to the school in neat and proper uniform.
    Students should come to the school 10 minutes before the starting time.
    Students should not wear valuable ornaments and the management is not responsible for loss of any valuable things worn by the student. Pupils are advised not to bring any amount to school.
    Students are expected to co-operate in keeping the premises of the school neat and tidy and help for Eco-friendly environment.
    No mobile phones,CD,DVD,USB memory,IPAD and books other than text and note books should be brought to school.
    Students are not permitted to entertain teachers with gifts.
    For entries in the Report Card and remark in the school dairy as well as for other communication intended for parents, a student must obtain parent's acknowledgement within 3 working days.
    Any damage to the school properties will be charged from the pupil.
    In case of loss of Report card, Parent need to pay a fine of Rs.500/- to get another copy.
  • GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS TO PARENTS / GUARDIANS
    Parents willing to take their children during working hours should come in person and acquire permission and gate pass from the office.
    Parents are requested not to contact the teachers directly relating to issues about their children but only through the office.
    Parents are requested to check the Student Dair, Message or Mail, Test papers, Report card and acknowledge it without fail
    Fees once paid cannot be refunded at any cost.
    "Cell phone usage" inside the school campus is strictly prohibited.
    Parents are requested to intimate immediately to the school office regarding change of address and phone numbers of the pupil.
    Parents should see that the nails and hair of your ward are properly trimmed every Sunday.
    Parents are requested to respond to the invitation from the school for all functions.
    Students are supposed to handle the lab accessories in careful manner. The charges for the damage caused(if any) will be collected from the pupil.
